If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Contacting us to cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, will require full payment of the service booked.

Contacting us lto cancel ess than 48 hours prior to your appointment, will require 50%  payment of the service booked.

 

Please arrive to your appointment on time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and full payment will be required.
