Cancellation Policy
All our services require a deposit to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Contacting us less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, will require full payment of the service booked and a new deposit will be mandatory in order to book a new appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable
Please arrive to your appointment on time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and full payment will be required.
